SUNTORY
Express to Osaka; brand activation.
Express to Osaka was a promotional brand activation for Suntory. This event took place in New Orleans and took inspiration from the Japanese metro system to build a theme and story for the guest experience. The event consisted of two distinct spaces, the interior bar and exterior alleyway, with a DJ booth and street food. I was tasked with finding and using existing Suntory vintage advertising to enhance the outdoor alleyway and designing the event title logo and DJ booth display. In the interior bar setting, I designed signs to imitate wayfinding from Japan Rail. Lastly, I designed print material such as brochures and tickets the guests would have stamped as they moved between the bar and alleyway.
